Steps to Fix “Unable to Create Directory” Error in WordPress Media Upload:

3. Locate the option labeled “Store uploads in this folder.“
4. If you see the error message “unable to create directory uploads/year/month,” replace the existing path “wp-content/uploads” with a new one. You can simply use “wp-content/uploads” or specify another writable folder.
